These Qur'anic verses are for those who say, "Take what you like, leave what you don't like." And for those who express their own opinions in Islam.
Islam is not a mix sweets, take what you like and leave what you don't like.
Read the Quran and Hadith and understand it, you will know what is halal and haram.
It is not fitting for a Believer, man or woman, when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger, to have any option about their decision: if anyone disobeys Allah and His Messenger he is indeed on a clearly wrong Path. (Qur’an 33 : 36)
...they are following only their own likes and dislikes: and who could be more astray than he who follows [but] his own likes and dislikes without any guidance from God?... [Quran 28:50]
Narrated Jundub: The Prophet (PBUH) said: If anyone interprets the Book of Allah in the light of his opinion even if he is right, he has erred. (Sunan Abu Dawud Book 25, Number 3644:)
Being a Muslim is about changing yourself to fit Islam, Not changing Islam to fit you.
Always remember that trying to change Allah's commands is kufr [disbelief].
